Shipping policy
Our boxes ship directly from our farm in the Piana di Sibari, so the citrus reaches you fresh, with no stops in warehouses or middlemen.
Shipping included in the price
The price shown on the product page already includes shipping. No extra costs are added at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship throughout Italy, islands and remote areas included, and to the other countries of the European Union.
Shipping days
We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so parcels travel during the week and don't sit in courier depots over the weekend. Your order goes out with the next available shipment.
Delivery times
- Italy, islands and remote areas included: 48–72 hours from dispatch.
- Other European Union countries: 3–4 working days from dispatch.
Couriers and tracking
We ship with BRT, SDA or UPS, depending on the destination. Once your parcel is on its way, the courier sends you the tracking number so you can follow it until delivery.
Packaging
The fruit travels in sturdy double-wall cardboard boxes, with an extra cardboard tray at the bottom that makes the parcel even stronger.
Pre-orders
At the start of the season some products can be ordered before shipping begins. The first shipping date is shown on the product page next to the buy button, and your order goes out with the first shipments from that date.
Christmas period
Between Black Friday and Christmas couriers handle far more parcels than usual, and delivery may take one or two extra days. Citrus fruit travels well and still arrives fresh.
