Shipping
We ship citrus every Monday and Tuesday, so the fruit we send is always freshly picked.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier. We ship with SDA or BRT, which usually deliver within 48-72h of dispatch.
Please note!
Between Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may be delayed because couriers handle a very high volume of parcels. This is not a problem for our fruit: even if it spends 1-2 extra days in transit, freshly picked citrus stays fresh.
The citrus is shipped directly from our farm and picked by hand, to protect the delicate fruit.
Couriers
Shipments are handled by BRT or SDA.

Credit card
Pay easily with a traditional or prepaid credit card through Shopify Payments, which guarantees maximum security.

Navel oranges: frequently asked questions
What are Navel oranges?
They are blond oranges recognisable by the small "navel" at the bottom of the fruit: a second, tiny fruit that develops inside the main one. They are sweet, juicy and seedless.
What is the difference between Navel, Navelina and Washington?
"Navel" is the group of oranges with a navel. Washington Navel is the oldest and best-known variety in the group; Navelina is an earlier-ripening variety of the same group. We grow Navelina oranges, VCR selection. Read more in our guide to Navel oranges.
Do Navel oranges have seeds?
No: Navel oranges are naturally seedless, which makes them easy to peel and eat in segments.
When is Navel orange season?
We harvest them roughly from late November to March, depending on how the fruit ripens. We pick by hand only when you order. Out of season you can click "Notify me when available" to get an email as soon as we reopen orders.
Are Navel oranges good for juice?
Yes, they are juicy and sweet. A tip: Navel juice tends to turn slightly bitter if left to stand, so drink it right away after squeezing. You'll find more tips in our guide to the best oranges for juicing.
What is the difference between Navel and Tarocco oranges?
Navel oranges are blond, with orange flesh, seedless and with a navel. Tarocco is a blood orange, with red-streaked flesh. They have different flavours and seasons: we grow blond oranges, Navel and Vanilla.
Where do your Navel oranges come from?
From our citrus groves in the Sibari Plain, in Corigliano-Rossano, Calabria: an area with a mild climate, between the Pollino mountains and the Ionian Sea, long devoted to growing citrus.
Should I choose the 8 kg or the 15 kg box?
The 8 kg box is ideal if you want to try them or for small households; the 15 kg box suits those who eat them often or make juice every day, and has a lower price per kg.
How should oranges be stored?
In a cool, dry place away from heat, Navel oranges keep well for one to two weeks; in the fruit drawer of the fridge, even longer. Avoid closed bags, let them breathe and check them now and then, removing any bruised fruit. Since we apply no post-harvest treatments, we recommend enjoying them fresh.
When do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship every Monday and Tuesday, right after harvesting, with BRT or SDA couriers: delivery usually takes 48–72 hours from dispatch, anywhere in Italy. The shipping cost is already included in the price.
What if some fruit arrives damaged?
Write to us with a photo and the weight of the damaged fruit: we refund the damaged kilos or, if you prefer, issue a voucher to use on your next order. We handle every report promptly.
